Love always

Bismillah.

So I just watched Aiman and Amira's wedding video. All I can say is...it is very moving! Aiman's sincere words really get to me. i cant stop laughing when aiman wave and said assalamualaikum to amira and then try to touch her for the very first time

The thought of marriage ni very nice, you know. The talk of marriage pun always be a hot topic la among friends. Jangan deny. Siapa muka monyok bila cerita pasal kawen pun.

Everyone is just an episode in everyone’s life.

Only time will tell whether this is ours. Whoever you are in the future, me myself pun unclear, unknown, undefined.

And before that, I would like to be my own person who is comfortable with my religion. And I would like you to do the same.

I would like us to be the best Muslims we could ever be.

I would like us to prepare for the hereafter before preparing ourself for marriage (whether with each other, or otherwise). As when we’re prepared for the hereafter, insyaAllah we are prepared for marriage.

I would like us to keep each other in our prayers and pray for the best for us.

I would like us to be our own person before completing one another.

I would like us to learn to say no to our nafs before saying no to our kids everytime they misbehave (if this is ours).

And for everytime that I miss you, I remind myself that His love lasts eternally and hence, I should seek His love first and to not act based on my nafs.

Easier said than done.
But I’m trying.

Because I have a long way to go to become a better Muslim. An internal (and sometimes external) struggle on a daily basis.

One day, we will find the answer.

I pray that our heart will accept the answer beautifully and with grace.

Whoever you are, where ever you are right now, what are you up to, stay warm.

Love always,
Me.
