If you've been tired at college, with all those IB stuffs or just generally tired from the pressures around you, take a moment to breathe and re-arrange your thoughts once in a while in a quiet atmosphere.
While study is important, don't forget to eat healthy food and have enough sleep.. it is very important to maintain health people! I realized that I haven't been taking care of my food consumptions and been sleeping late.. my immune system is definitely a lot weaker by that.
Hope I don't fall sick.
Sometimes I feel like screaming, but I don't know if it's for joy or despair. I'm sure it has something to do with silence, mellow songs and empty spaces. Mungkin juga too much of Angus & Julia Stone.
Everyday I see a lot of people, but I'm only constantly looking for one.
